Lauren Prybeck is an experienced educator and the founder of PlayWorks Education Consulting. With nearly two decades in the classroom, she is passionate about reconnecting children, families, and schools with the power of unstructured play.
Through consulting, professional development, and community-based play experiences, Lauren helps educators and caregivers create environments where creativity, problem-solving, and social-emotional growth can thrive. Her work blends research-based practices with real-world classroom experience, supporting a shift toward more developmentally appropriate and joyful learning.
Based in New Jersey, Lauren partners with schools, organizations, and families to bring meaningful, play-centered learning to life.
