This season, PlayWorks Education Consulting is bringing the magic of creative play indoors!
Our Pop-Up Play sessions for children ages 5–8 are designed to spark imagination, problem-solving, and joyful collaboration.
Each session transforms simple materials into extraordinary opportunities for building, pretending, experimenting, and creating. Children might design a marketplace, construct towering block cities, explore ramps and motion, or dive into dramatic play—all while strengthening their social, emotional, and academic skills.
Parents are welcome to relax with coffee, read, or chat while children engage in meaningful play. Sessions are not drop-off, but they are designed to feel like a community play-date—one that grows confidence, independence, and creativity.
Shop & Play with PlayWorks at
Wull & Oak
Enjoy a little shopping time while your child dives into joyful, hands-on play!
During this special Shop & Play event, children will spend an hour exploring open-ended play materials with a PlayWorks play consultant in a dedicated play space just across the hall from the shop. While children build, create, and imagine, parents can browse and shop at their own pace nearby.
PlayWorks sessions are designed to encourage creativity, problem-solving, and social interaction through thoughtfully chosen play materials and gentle facilitation.
How it works:
Choose an hour time slot when you register
Drop your child off in the play space across the hall
Enjoy shopping time while your child plays
Return when your shopping is all done!
Parents must stay present in the building during the hour.
Each session is intentionally kept small to ensure a safe and engaging play experience.
Children participate under our Code of Kindness, which encourages gentle hands, kind words, and respectful play with others and materials.
Spots are limited and advance registration is recommended.
